Red Velvet Latte

Put a healthy twist on your morning coffee and try this red velvet latte. Made with ingredients such as cacao powder, beetroot juice and a touch of vanilla this latte makes for a wonderful treat. Add whipped cream to top for extra decadence!

Makes: 2 large cups

2 cups oat milk
3 tbsp. beetroot juice
2 tbsp. CHOC Chick Raw Cacao Powder
1-2 tbsp. maple syrup (depending on sweetness)
1 tsp. vanilla bean paste
1-2 shots of coffee (optional)
Soy whip (optional)

Red Velvet Latte Red Velvet Latte

Put the oat milk, beetroot juice, cacao powder, maple syrup and vanilla into a small pan. Whisk well, and warm over a medium heat until it starts to boil.

Once it starts to boil remove from the heat and add in the shots of coffee if using. Divide between two large cups (or several small glasses) and serve with whipped cream (optional).
