½ cup almond butter
2 x 180g chestnuts (reserve a couple for topping)
½ cup CHOC Chick cacao powder
½ cup coconut flour
¼ cup CHOC Chick cacao butter beans (approx. beans)
¼ cup dried figs pieces
¼ cup + 2 tbsp maple syrup
1  cup orange juice
1 tbsp orange peel

Toppings

Raw chocolate, melted (recipe here)
A sprinkle of orange zest
A sprinkle of CHOC Chick cacao nibbles

Line a 9x9" square pan with baking paper and set to one side.

Put the almond butter, chestnuts, maple syrup, orange juice and cacao powder and melted cacao butter into a food processor and process until you have a smooth fudgy paste.

Transfer the mixture into a bowl, then stir in the coconut flour, dried figs and orange peel until well combined.

Press the brownie mix into the lined pan, making sure it’s evenly spread, then put in the fridge to firm up.

Once firm, slice into 9 pieces, then drizzle a little raw chocolate over each corner, along with the orange zest and cacao nibbles.

Once the chocolate has set, store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to eat.
