BASE

  1. Put the ingredients for the base into a food processor and process until a dough has formed
  2. Line a medium sized loaf tin and transfer the mixture
  3. Gently press the mixture into the pan; making sure it is evenly spread
  4. Place in the freezer to firm up whilst making the caramel

CARAMEL

  1. Add the almond butter, coconut oil and fruit syrup to a small pan and heat gently until all have combined
  2. Once the base has hardened, pour the caramel over the top of it evenly and freezer for around 1 hour until it has hardened (this may take a littleless/longer depending on your freezer)

CHOCOLATE

  1. Whilst you’re waiting for the caramel to set, prepare the chocolate by putting the remaining ingredients into a pan and gently melting them together
  2. When the caramel has hardened, evenly pour the chocolate on top
  3. Freeze for a further 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set
  4. Cut into even pieces and transfer to the fridge
