Our spiced chocolate coffee mousse is rich, indulgent and really something special, yet it couldn’t be easier to make! Treat guests (or yourself) to this vegan, keto-friendly dessert for the ultimate chocolate hit.
This recipe is: Vegan, Gluten-free, Refined sugar-free & Keto friendly
1 x 300g pack of silken tofu
40g (¼ cup + 2 tbsp) CHOC Chick cacao powder
100g (approx. 70 beans) CHOC Chick cacao butter, melted
80ml (⅓ cup) yacon syrup (or sugar free liquid sweetener)
2 tsp instant coffee
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp chopped nuts, per mousse (pecans / walnuts / hazelnuts / coconut)
A sprinkle of grated raw chocolate (recipe here - to make keto friendly use a sugar free sweetener)
For the chocolate mousse, simply place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Divide the mousse between 4 dessert glasses (approx. ½ cup / 120ml per glass) and top with chopped nuts and raw chocolate shards.
