Raw Triple Chocolate Cookies
These raw triple chocolate cookies are rich, indulgent and will be devoured in minutes. Our new CHOC Go cacao nibbles add the perfect crunch and make these cookies even more delicious. Enjoy on the go, with a cuppa or cold glass of milk.

Cookies
1 cup. oats
1 cup. dates, approx. 12
¾ cup. hazelnuts
½ cup CHOC Chick cacao powder
¼ cup/40g/approx. 26 beans CHOC Chick cacao butter, melted
1 packet / 30g CHOC Go cacao nibbles
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Melted raw chocolate (CHOC Chick Simple Raw Chocolate Recipe)
1 packet / 30g CHOC Go cacao nibbles
For the cookies, place all of the ingredients except the CHOC Go cacao nibbles into a food processor and blend until a raw dough forms. Add in the CHOC Go cacao nibbles and pulse a couple of times.
Using your hands divide the dough into 12 balls, approx. 40g per ball. On a lined plate, press the ball flat using a lid or your hand and repeat with each of the balls.
Put in the fridge to firm up and prep the raw chocolate in the meantime.
Once the cookies have firmed up, dip each of the cookies into the chocolate and then sprinkle over some of the CHOC Go cacao nibbles then place on a lined plate. Repeat this step with each of the cookies and then place in the fridge for the chocolate to harden.
Store in an air tight container and serve with a glass of your favourite milk.
