Dark Chocolate Mousse Pots Dark Chocolate Mousse Pots

1 x 300g pack silken tofu
¼ cup/32 beans CHOC CHICK Cacao Butter beans, melted
¼ cup CHOC CHICK Mandarin Cacao or CHOC CHICK Cacao Powder (for those who aren’t fans of chocolate orange)
¼ cup almond butter
¼ cup maple syrup
Pinch of salt

Optional for decoration

Fresh raspberries
Flaked almonds
Handful of CHOC CHICK Cacao Nibbles 

Dark Chocolate Mousse Pots Dark Chocolate Mousse Pots

Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Divide the mousse between four small glass pots and place in the fridge to firm up.

Serve the mousse with fresh raspberries, flaked almonds and CHOC Chick cacao nibbles.
