Dark Chocolate Mandarin Mousse Pots
These rich and creamy dark chocolate mousse pots served with fresh raspberries make the dreamiest dessert. They can be made in minutes and our Mandarin Cacao Blend is a marvellous addition, adding a hint of orange for a perfect vegan chocolatey treat. Serving suggestion: serve in small glass pots
Makes: 4 servings
¼ cup/32 beans CHOC CHICK Cacao Butter, melted
¼ cup CHOC CHICK Mandarin Cacao or CHOC CHICK Cacao Powder (for those who aren’t fans of chocolate orange)
¼ cup almond butter
¼ cup maple syrup
Pinch of salt
Optional for decorationFresh raspberries
Handful of CHOC CHICK Cacao Nibbles or CHOC CHICK Trail Mix
Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Divide the mousse between four small glass pots and place in the fridge to firm up.
Serve the mousse with fresh raspberries, flaked almonds, CHOC Chick Cacao Nibbles or CHOC CHICK Trail Mix
