These rich and creamy dark chocolate mousse pots served with fresh summer raspberries make the dreamiest dessert. 1 x 300g pack silken tofu
¼ cup/32 beans CHOC Chick raw cacao butter beans, melted
¼ cup CHOC Chick raw cacao powder
¼ cup almond butter
¼ cup maple syrup
Pinch of salt

Optional for decoration

Fresh raspberries
Flaked almonds
CHOC Chick cacao nibbles

Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Divide the mousse between four small glass pots and place in the fridge to firm up.

Serve the mousse with fresh raspberries, flaked almonds and CHOC Chick cacao nibbles.
