Chocolate Hummus

Rich, creamy and delicious, chocolate hummus is now a thing and it makes the best dessert! With only a handful of ingredients required this recipe couldn’t be simpler, and it can be made in less than 5 minutes

Makes: Serves 3

 Chocolate Hummus

 400g chickpeas
¼ cup rice milk (or dairy-free milk of choice)
¼ cup maple syrup
1/3 cup/52 grams/34 beans CHOC CHICK cacao butter, melted
¼ cup CHOC CHICK cacao powder

1 tsp. vanilla bean paste

TOPPINGS (optional)

Mint
Fresh summer berries
CHOC CHICK cacao nibbles

 

Simply put all of the ingredients for the chocolate hummus into a blender and blend until smooth.

Divide between three ramekins and serve with fresh berries, mint and cacao nibbles
