This Chocolate Fondue with Summer Fruits is: Vegan, Gluten-free, Nut-free & Refined sugar-free

Makes: 4-6

200g CHOC Chick Cacao Butter
¾ cup / 12 tbsp CHOC Chick Cacao Powder
½ cup / 120ml maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
½ cup / 120ml dairy-free cream
2 tbsp dairy-free butter
1/2 tbsp cornflour

To Serve

Sliced banana
Fresh strawberries
Chopped pineapple
Salted pretzels

Place the cacao butter in a glass bowl over a small pan of water (a baine marie) on a low heat. Once the cacao butter has melted, add in the cacao powder and whisk well.

Stir in the maple syrup and vanilla bean paste and mix well. Next add in the cream, butter and cornflour and whisk until well combined - the fondue should now be thick, creamy and smooth.

Once everything is combined, pour into a bowl and place the bowl on top of a large plate / platter. Add the fruits and pretzels around the edge and serve right away.
