Makes: 6-8 CHOCsicles
1 cup cashews
40 g CHOC Chick Raw Cacao Powder
1/2 cup maple syrup, agave syrup or other sweetener
2 tbsp (heaped) coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp water
- Soak the cashews and dates in water overnight. Drain and add to a high powered blender with the remaining ingredients. Pulse to begin with, then blend until completely combined and smooth.
- Pour into lolly moulds and freeze for at least five hours.
- Makes 6-8 lollies (depending on the size of your moulds).
