CHOC Chicksicles

Keep cool with your favourite CHOC Chick flavours on hot summer days with Choc Chicksicles – vegan, dairy-free, delicious and so easy to make!

Takes: 5 hours Makes: 6-8 CHOCsicles

1 cup cashews
4 dates
40 g CHOC Chick Raw Cacao Powder
1/2 cup maple syrup, agave syrup or other sweetener
2 tbsp (heaped) coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp water

  1. Soak the cashews and dates in water overnight. Drain and add to a high powered blender with the remaining ingredients. Pulse to begin with, then blend until completely combined and smooth.
  2. Pour into lolly moulds and freeze for at least five hours.
  3. Makes 6-8 lollies (depending on the size of your moulds).
