Chocolate Sauce & Raw Chocolate (make first)
Melt the cacao butter in a bowl over a pan of water on a low heat. Once melted turn the heat off and add the cacao powder, maple syrup and salt. Mix well with a metal balloon whisk. Pour half the sauce into a small tub and place in the freezer to set for 10 minutes. Place the rest of the sauce in a bowl to thicken to a pourable consistency.
Chocolate Martini
Mix the cacao and cinnamon blend with a little hot water to make a paste, then blitz all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
To Serve
Drizzle a little chocolate sauce around the edge of two martini glasses or dip the glasses into the sauce. Divide the chocolate martini mocktail between the two glasses, take the raw chocolate out of the freezer and grate over the drinks.
Cheers!
