Black Forest Bircher Muesli Breakfast Pots

A healthy breakfast that tastes like dessert! These black forest bircher muesli pots can be made ahead of time, so you can wake up to a creamy, chocolatey breakfast that’s healthy and indulgent.

These Black Forest Bircher Muesli Breakfast Pots are:
Vegan, Gluten Free, Nut Free & Refined Sugar Free

Makes: 3 jars

    

1 ½ cup (150g) oats
1 cup (240ml) vanilla coconut yoghurt
¼ cup (25g) CHOC CHICK cacao powder
¼ cup (60ml) oat milk plus 2 tbsp
2 tbsp CHOC

CHICK cacao butter beans (approx. 12), melted
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla bean paste
200g frozen cherries, thawed (strain juice and set to one side)
 
Toppings
 
1 tbsp coconut cream per jar
3 fresh cherries
2 squares raw chocolate, grated (make your own with this recipe)

   

Simply place all of the ingredients for the bircher muesli jars into a bowl, stir well and refrigerate for half an hour, or overnight.

Divide the bircher muesli between 3 jars. Drizzle a little cherry juice over the top of each, then spoon over the coconut cream. Top each jar with a fresh cherry and grated raw chocolate on each.
