Right, so Christmas and the Festive Season really are nearly upon us. I hope you enjoyed the Slightly Decadent Raw Chocolate Truffle Recipe No.1 we published last month and as promised here is the lovely recipe for Slightly More Decadent Raw Chocolate Truffles Recipe No. 2! These make lovely handmade presents but make sure you keep them refrigerated, so they stay fresh.

CHOCIngredients
Gently melt the raw cacao butter in a bowl over a saucepan of hot water. Once it's melted, add the raw cacao powder and agave syrup. Once you have the right raw chocolate mix, take the bowl off the heat and beat in 5 tablespoons of double cream and the 2 tablespoons Baileys.
Once mixed, cover the bowl and place in the fridge for about 45 minutes. After this time remove from fridge and shape the mixture into little round balls and roll in extra cacao powder, cinnamon or grated coconut. Place the truffles in the freezer for 10 minutes then eat...absolutely LOVELY!!
CHOCTip: The taste of these truffles is quite dark, so add more Bailey or cream to lighten the flavour. For a really Christmassy taste, try rolling the truffles in icing sugar mixed with cinnamon powder (I know it's no longer sugar free, but for those who don't mind having a little sugar, the taste is divine and you still get the raw chocolate goodness and antioxidants!).
