Simple Gluten Free Chocolate Cake - Perfect for Passover

One of my favourite recipe websites is Elana’s Pantry www.elanaspantry.com  which has the most beautiful images and amazing gluten free recipes that are utterly inspiring.

This Super Simple Gluten Free Chocolate Cake recipe is based on Elana’s Easy Black and White Cake but I’ve made a dairy free chocolate cake version using our raw cacao ingredients and Sweet Freedom to sweeten. It comes out incredibly moist so no need for a frosting (unless really want to) and I simply topped with almond flakes. As this cake does not need any wheat or yeast, it's the perfect Passover treat!
