We are keen to ensure your CHOC Chick experience is enjoyable and your raw chocolate kits and ingredients order arrives quickly and in the best possible condition. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your transaction and order reference number. Delivery Costs

We aim to charge as reasonable delivery cost as possible. As such we now offer the option of Royal Mail deliveries to UK Mainland and next day deliveries through a courier service. The cost for Royal Mail is based on the weight of the items ordered and our next day option is in the region of £8.00.

Deliveries for the Scottish Highlands, UK Islands and Europe are charged seperately according to weight and region.

Delivery Schedule

Please allow 1day for order processing and 3-5 days for delivery. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days. International orders will be sent to you in 5-10 working days. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of this and offer you the choice of waiting, choosing an alternative item of equal value or refunding that part of your order.

All orders are posted using Signed-for delivery. This means that you must sign for your order at the point of delivery. Arrangement can be made for parcels to be left with neighbour or in a secure location at the premises but the responsibility of loss or damage of the parcel will be passed to the person who has requested this.

If you wish to make arrangements for parcels not to be signed for then please e-mail info@chocchick.com or contact us with the necessary details.

Regarding orders shipped to the nominated shipping address that are returned to us as 'uncalled for'. To have the order posted again you will be liable for paying the original postage costs again prior to the order being shipped out. If you subsequently cancel the order you will be entitled to a refund minus the costs of postage. Your statutory rights are not affected.
