Heston Blumenthals and Galia OrmeHeston, CHOC Chicks and Goddesses of Chocolates, oh what a night! This month it’s all about our Goddess of Chocolate Night that was filmed for Heston Blumenthal’s Feasts. Our bit was very short and sweet but we are incredibly proud to have been a part of his amazing show (just wish we could have eaten his food as well!). He’s an absolute genius and we all basked in his glory when he gate crashed our raw chocolate fuelled Goddess of Chocolate night last October in Brighton.  A big thank you to the Fabulous Fay from Diosa Media who helped organise the event, the Luscious Zoe and Katie from Into Beauty who indulged us in glorious chocolate hand massages (using CHOC Chick’s amazing cacao butter and cacao powder), the Seductive Sam from Cocktail in a Box (creator of the chocolate cocktail dispensing ‘God of Chocolate’) and to all our gorgeous friends and CHOC Chicks who attended and helped make this a totally unforgettable night.

Amor y chocolate,
CHOC Chick x

CHOCEvents

Heston’ Feast has got to be the main event this month. It was a raunchy and crazy night and we all had a blast! Our CHOCChat Blog has a lot more details and photos and we recommend reading it while munching on some raw CHOCs you’ve made, drinking some red wine or CHOCtails to recreate this fabulous night and bring out the Goddess of Chocolate in you! http://www.chocchick.com/chocchat/

Did you catch us at the Chocolate Festivals at the Southbank in London and in Brighton last month? Our stall was totally swamped and we had an amazing time. The wonderful Dom from www.chocablog.com, who has the lucky job of reviewing chocolate for a living, stopped by our stall while filming the event. Have a look at his fab clip of the Southbank Chocolate Festival http://www.chocablog.com/features/london-chocolate-festival/ . Chocablog is one of our favourite blog's on chocolate and we love their daily updates. Sign up to their fab newsletter or join them on Twitter http://twitter.com/chocablog/lists/chocolate  to get your chocolate news fix.

CHOCTastic Recipe of the Month

We’ve extended our March Recipes now to April just in case you haven’t managed to try out all 3 CHOCalicious recipes. We highly recommend making the CHOC and Cashew or Peanut Butter Cups with your children over the Easter break, it’s a super fun and delicious way to spend some time together.

Have you been CHOCcreative this month? Send us your recipes and tips to info@chocchick.com and we’ll send you a 10% voucher code to use on your next online purchase.

CHOCMates

Our CHOCMate this month is Tracy Fuller from Natural Nutrition. Tracy contacted us a few months ago about reselling our CHOC Chick Kits and we love what she offers to others. She is passionate about helping people achieve their goals, whether it is to recover from a serious illness, improve energy levels, excel at their chosen sport, or simply have help making healthier food choices.  The foods we eat have an amazing effect on our mind and bodies, and she loves introducing foods to people that really make a big difference.  Unlike many Nutritional Therapists, Tracy does not recommend restrictive dieting but over time educates her clients so they can make positive choices in order to reach their goals.
Being a chocolate lover, she knows how hard it is to cut it out of the diet, which is how she came to discover the joys and bliss of raw chocolates.  As part of a consultation at her practice in Pevensey Bay, East Sussex, she can make some raw chocolate so you can see for yourself just how easy it is, and then take away with you the starter pack so you can give it a go yourself.  We hope Tracy will start running CHOC Chick workshops soon at her practice and do visit her web site www.naturalnutrition.co.uk for more information or call her on 01323 768624.
