		<description>Hi Galia

Still really enjoying making the chocolate. I was delighted to read your
lovely blog about how you got involved with all this. My story is similar
to your friend on the special diet - so many things I couldn&#039;t eat!
Suffered for a while with carob bars (yuck!) then discovered Stamp
Collection chocolate which was organic, sugar free and dairy free. This was
lovely for a while then the caffeine just seemed to make me hyper and
disrupt my sleep, even if I was only eating tiny amounts. Then they stopped
making it and for a while I just had to go choc free till discovering you.
The raw choc seems to agree with me so much better - and it&#039;s cheaper.

Lovely to know it&#039;s all fairly traded and the employees are well treated.
It&#039;s another good reason to keep eating!

By the way, the lady I bought the kit for as a wedding gift was thrilled -
much better than a toaster and something the whole family could get involved
with.

Kind regards as ever
