		<description>Hi Isabelle,
Many thanks for your comment! I find silicone moulds or plain ice cube trays work well (I&#039;m sure in Sweden Ikea would supply these), but to be honest, you can even use simple plastic tubs like take-away or tupperware tubs. You just pour the melted raw chocolate mix into the plastic tubs (you can add fruit and nuts beforehand) and place in the freezer or fridge to set. Once ready, you push the chocolate out and you will get a proper raw chocolate bar! Have a look here on my website: http://www.chocchick.com/raw-chocolate-taster-kit-1283-0.html to see some images of the tubs I use and the end results.

Hope this helps and keep enjoying the raw chocolate making!
Amor y chocolate!

<description>Hello! Found your site and I have copied some recipes. I live in Sweden and I am not sure what type of chocolate mould do we use for raw chocoates? I have a mould, I think it is called marble mould, it is very hard and my chocolates are totally stuck in there. I have to use a knife to help them get loose. Plesae tell me what type do you use and do you know a place online where I can get them?

Thank you! Raw food, wow! What a blessing to our lives!
